Selena Gomez broke out into a classic Britney Spears hit during a Q&A session at a South by Southwest Film Festival panel. Fans managed to pressure Gomez and other member from the upcoming film "Spring Breakers" into giving an impromptu performance of Britney's "Baby One More Time" on Monday.
Gomez and co-starsAshley Benson and Rachel Korine broke out in an a capella rendition of Spears' debut single, before singing along to the karaoke version of the song. Not only did the crowd applaud the girls for singing live, but Britney, herself, praised the actresses for belting her song.
"Awww @selenagomez can duet with me anytime youtu.be/qMYLRYgUfbM! PS- I heard @springbreakers is AAA-MAZING! Can't wait to see it!" tweeted the pop icon on Tuesday.
That was not the first time the 20-year-old Gomez performed one of Spears' songs. During her last tour, the former "Disney" star performed a mix of Spears' biggest hits including "... Baby One More Time," "I'm A Slave 4 U," "Crazy," "Hold It Against Me."
