Selena Gomez came dressed for the black carpet at The Alliance For Children's Rights' 21st Annual Dinner held on Thursday night. The 20-year-old Spring Breakers star was adorned in a floor-length, boho-meets-Gothic-styled dress that included cut-outs on the waist and sleeves and showed off her darker side. [See photo.]

While on the black carpet, Selena seemed unconcerned about her ex-boyfriend teen heartthrob Justin Bieber who reportedly fainted backstage during a concert in London that evening.
After spending two years in a high-profile failed romance with the pop sensation, the actress/singer recently told Harper's Bazaar magazine that she has remained optimistic about love. "To me, love is normal," she says in Bazaar's April issue. "Of course, you see Jay and Beyoncé and you're like, 'Oh, my gosh, they're perfect for each other,' but at the end of the day their love is just like everybody else's love."
Gomez also talked about living single after breaking up Bieiber earlier this year stating that she does not get "asked out a lot." She added, "It's not like I've wanted to go out and look for someone. I'm not really good at that."
Yet, in still, love is something she will always have faith in. "I believe in love - yes, I'm one of those girls," she added.
