If you're going to the Hardcore Fanfest, expect the action to be extreme.
WWE and ECW originals will be on hand for the Hardcore Roadtrip, a collection of four events taking place in London, ON, Canada. The all day extreme fan extravaganza runs from 10am-11pm. Among several hardcore matches, the event will also feature a chance to get pictures and autographs with the wrestlers, purchase merchandise, a fantasy wrestling seminar with Raven and a Q&A with ECW Founder Tod Gordon and former ECW stars. The event is also offered on iPPV.
The day kicks off with Hardcore Roadtrips 8 Man Tournament consisting of:
Sabu vs. 2 Cold Scorpio
Kid Kash vs. Little Guido
Axl 'F'N' Rotten vs. "The Kingpin" Angel
Pitbull Gary Wolf vs. "The Enforcer" CW Anderson.
Other hardcore legends scheduled to appear at the event include The Sandman, Raven, Christian York, Bill Alfonso, Scott Steiner, Kevin Sullivan, Petey Williams, Colin Delaney, Balls Mahoney, The Blue Meanie, Kingpin Angel Vito Lograsso, Balls Mahoney, Tod Gordon, and Missy Hyatt. TNA stars include Devon, Al Snow and Joey Ryan.
The second event will feature another 8 man tournament to crown the first ever Hardcore Roadtrip Heavyweight champion. Some of the matches include:
Gary Wolf vs. Jason Knight
Vito LoGrosso vs. Stevie Richards
Blue Meanie vs. C.W. Anderson
The winner of this collection of carnage gets to face the one and only Sabu. With events that are called "Banned in the USA" and "Born 2B Wired", it's safe to say that Hardcore Roadtrip will not be the typical WWE or TNA affair. Although who wouldn't like to see Hornswoggle come out with a barbed wire covered bat? So, how do you top an evening with ECW legends, TNA stars, cuts, abrasions, bruises and higher medical rates?
You take yourself to The Extreme After Party, that's how. The Extreme Afterparty will feature the stars of ECW. Featuring wrestlers and announcers such as Joel Gertner, The Sandman and others, you'll get the chance to mix, mingle and share a beer or two with your all of your favorites.
