Lindsay Lohan is being hit with tax evasion for the third time.
The troublesome actress has reportedly failed to pay $56,717.90 in taxes to the State of California for 2011, according to TMZ. On top of that, she's still paying off the $140,203.30 she owes in unpaid federal taxes from 2010. In 2009, she owed the government $93,701.57 until her "Scary Movie 5" co-star Charlie Sheen helped her out with by giving her a $100,000 check.
Lohan's tax issues came to light when the IRS seized her bank accounts in an attempt to retrieve the money owed back in December.
Despite her financial woes, LiLo dismissed an opportunity to earn $200,000 by endorsing Mr. Pink's Ginseng Energy Drink. The "Canyons" star turned down a promotional appearance recently because she demanded double the amount they were offering.
"Lindsay wants $500k for an appearance in Dubai to promote Mr. Pink's Ginseng Energy Drink, which executives at the company are balking at. Mr. Pink is prepared to offer the actress $200k, and would pay for all of LiLo's travel expenses," a source told RadarOnline.com.
"However, the trip might not happen at all because of Lindsay's criminal past and current pending criminal charges," the source added. "Dubai has very strict laws about convicted criminals entering the country, and Lindsay is still on probation for a necklace theft case. Lindsay is very upset about her financial woes and doesn't trust her new lawyer, Mark Heller, to handle the Dubai travel problem."
