Kim Kardashian recently shot her first pregnant fashion spread for DuJour magazine's Spring Issue (see the photos at DuJour).
Her baby bump is hard to spot most of the time, but a few bikini pics reveal she was just starting to show when the photos were taken.

Kim told DuJour that Kanye West has inspired her to be a little more careful when revealing details about her private life. He "taught me a lot about privacy," she said. "I'm ready to be a little less open about some things, like my relationships. I'm realizing everyone doesn't need to know everything."
She added that she is more reluctant to take photos with fans outside official events, saying, "I just tell them, sorry, but my boyfriend won't let me."
Kim and Kanye have said that they will keep their child out of the public eye as much as possible, and that their baby will not appear on any future Kardashian reality shows.

In her interview with DuJour, Kim also revealed that she's been watching lots of guilty-pleasure reality shows lately to make her feel better about her pregnancy cravings. "I've been watching shows like 'I'm Pregnant and Addicted to Meth.' It definitely makes me better if I'm wanting one sip of Diet Coke...I'm like, 'This woman is on meth.'"
