‘Pretty Little Liars’ Season 3 Episode 22 Preview, Spoilers UPDATE: Does Spencer Attempt Suicide? (VIDEO)

[UPDATE] These are spoilers for Season 3, Episode 22 of Pretty Little Liars, airing March 5. 

ABC Family has just released some new photos from the March 5 episode of Pretty Little Liars that appear to show Spencer committed to a mental institution! (Go to Zap2It to see the photos).

One photo shows Spencer dressed in what looks like a hospital gown, writing in a notebook and looking upset. Another photo shows Mona with a visitor's badge clipped to her shirt, apparently visiting Spencer.

But the most shocking pic shows Spencer talking with her therapist, Dr. Sullivan, with a bandage wrapped around her right wrist. Could this mean that Spencer actually attempted suicide?

And could this be the true "rock bottom" moment for Spencer that Troian Bellisario hinted about in her recent chat with fans? (Read more about that here).

In other Pretty Little Liars spoiler news, it looks like Spencer is still tormented by Toby's betrayal, and hiding the truth from the other girls is taking an emotional toll. She's avoiding her friends at school, and even when Aria corners her in the bathroom, Spencer refuses to open up. "I know that you don't want a friend right now, but that doesn't mean that your friends don't need you," Aria says, but Spencer doesn't respond.

And when Aria's mom tries to get Spencer to open up, Spencer shuts her down, too. "I've never seen you this down," Aria's mom says, to which Spencer replies, "Yeah, well, people change."

But it looks like Spencer might finally spill the secret about Toby. In one teaser video from ABC Family, Spencer says to Aria, "Can you call Hanna and Emily? I know who's helping Mona."

Also, it looks like the girls will make a new enemy out of Detective Wilden when they confront him about the photo showing him and Ali on a boat together the summer she died. Wilden gets defensive, and the way he says "See you around" to Hanna suggests that the girls should watch their backs.

Meanwhile, Hanna's mom Ashley gets worried when she sees a weird interaction between Hanna and Detective Wilden. Hanna tells her about the photo on the boat, and Ashley says she should not spread rumors that aren't true.

It also looks like Cece and Wilden are spending time together. Will we find out that CeCe is the mysterious Alison-lookalike in the red coat?

 Finally, Aria mentions that Ezra is back, leaving us to wonder: Will she tell him about her surprise kiss with his little brother Wes? Will their relationship change now that Ezra knows he has a son with his ex-girlfriend?
