It looks like Khloé and Scott's relationship takes an awkward turn in the upcoming episode of Kourtney and Kim Take Miami. In this spoiler video posted by E! Online, Khloé and Scott stop for ice cream, and Scott makes Khloé really uncomfortable by commenting on her 'sexual' way of eating:
Meanwhile, Kim and Khloé give advice to their younger brother Rob, who is having a hard time dealing with his recent breakup with his girlfriend. Kourtney tells Rob he needs to cut himself off completely from the relationship so he can move on.

Another video teaser reveals that Kim and her friend Jonathan go to the doctor to find out why Kim has been feeling sick since she got to Miami. It turns out she's allergic to cats--including the kitten 'Mercy' that Kanye gave her as a present back in September.
It's unclear if this will be covered in Sunday's episode, but we know from E! Online that once she found out she was allergic, Kim gave the kitten to Khloe's assistant, Sydney, who had recently lost a beloved cat.
Sadly, Mercy passed away soon after from a fatal infection. "It broke not only my heart that little Mercy died at only four months old, but Sydney's too," Kim said in a statement provided by E! Online. "Mercy was a gentle and loving kitten and we are all going to miss her so much. Thanks to Sydney for making Mercy's short life one filled with love."
Two new episodes of Kourtney and Kim Take Miami will air this Sunday, Feb. 18 and Monday, Feb. 19 at 9/8c on E!.
