Nestlé issued a voluntary recall of some its Lean Cuisine products Tuesday after three consumers found pieces of glass in their Lean Cuisine ravioli dishes. No injuries were reported, according to a Nestlé press release.
The company is recalling 501,816 packages of its Lean Cuisine Culinary Collection Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravioli produced in early November, says the Huffington Post.
Nestlé said in their release that "due to its populuarity...very little remains in retail distribution," but advised consumers to check any remaining boxes of the mushroom ravioli in their freezer. No other Lean Cuisine products are affected by the recall, they added.
The recalled products fall under two production codes, Nestlé said, which consumers can find under the gray "proof of purchase" panel below the ingredients list. The production codes are '2311587812' and '2312587812,' and the 'best before' date is December 2013.

"We apologize to our retail customers and consumers and sincerely regret any inconvenience created by this voluntary product recall," Nestlé said in the press release.
The Huffington Post spoke with Nestlé spokesperson Roz O'Hearn, who said the recall was "an unusual complaint for us because we don't have glass in our factories. We have a no-glass policy."
Nestlé added in their statement that consumers who have purchased the recalled product should call or email Nestlé customer service. "Nestlé will provide a replacement coupon to reporting consumers and may also make arrangements to retrieve the product for further examination," the company said.
