Latin Americans had a big showing at the Grammys on Sunday evening. Leading the way was the ever-controversial Jennifer Lopez.

Much has already been made of Lopez's feisty gown which essentially kept her right leg completely uncovered. Many publications have noted that the gown is reminiscent of the gown Angelina Jolie wore at last year's Oscar.

"They didn't say anything about leg!" J.Lo said during a red carpet interview. "I thought I was being such a good girl! A little shoulder, a little leg."

Lopez was joined by Cuban American reggaeton star Pitbull who helped her present the first award of the night; Pitbull spent a great deal of his time flirty with J.Lo in Spanish.

The other major appearance by a Latino was by Colombian pop star Juanes who performed a bi-lingual version of Elton John's beloved 'Your Song." Juanes also won the Latin Album of the Year award during the pre-televised ceremony for his "MTV Unplugged Deluxe Edition." He dedicated the award to Colombia and all of his fans around the world. "Colombia this is for you, and for all my fans from all around the world. I love you too much!," said Juanes.

Other Latin artists honored included Lila Downs who won "Best Regional Mexican Album" for "Pecados Y Milagros;" Quetzal scored a victory for "Best Latin Rock Album, Alternative Urban" for "Imaginaries," and Marlow Rosado y La Riqueña picked up the "Best Tropical Latin Album."
