Justin Bieber might be heading down the wrong path as sources at TMZsay that the pop singer was caught with "sizzurp" which is the slang name of codeine cough syrup that was popularized by rapper Lil Wayne.
According to TMZ, there are photos of the teen heartthrob partying with Lil Za and Lil Twist, a rapper signed to Lil Wayne's Young Money Entertainment, with a bottle of codeine. The website also reports that the 18-year-old "Beauty and the Beat" singer was snapped drinking an unknown substance out of a double cup which is a way to consume sizzurp.
More pictures of the 18-year-old "Beauty and a Beat" singer smoking suspicious material have also emerged according to TMZ. Last month, TMZ also published photos of Bieber what looked like a joint on January 4 with Za and Twist in a hotel room in California.
The next day the teen icon acknowledged the pot rumors and tweeted, "Everyday growing and learning. Trying to be better. U get knocked down, u get up." And "I see all of u. I hear all of u. I never want to let any of you down. I love u."
Lil Za was also recently detained for driving Bieber's Ferrari without a license. Bieber has also loaned the same Ferrari to Lil Twist on January 1st. Since breaking up singer and actress Selena Gomez last month, it seems like Bieber has been finding himself in more trouble. The couple dated for two years before splitting up.
