Former RBD singer Alfonso Herrera has revealed that he would like to star alongside William Levy in the new Telenovela "La Tempestad."
The actor/singer confirmed that he was given a role in the new telenovela and stated that he would like to work on the Salvador Mejia production. However he added that there are still too many things that have to be resolved in production and he has to make sure that his film projects do not interfere. The singer also stated that he was happy to return to television especially after running a few marathons. Herrera explained that running marathons have become an essential part of his life and he compared them to music and acting because they give him new goals to strive for.
"La Tempestad" has generated a lot of attention for the past weeks as it confirmed that "Dancing with the Star's" William Levy will return to Telenovelas. The production team has been auditioning several actresses for the lead role with Angelique Boyer, Thalia, Silvia Navarro and former Miss Universe Ximena Navarrete rumored as prospective leads. Elizabeth Guitierrez, William Levy's girlfriend, has also been rumored as a potential actress as well. However nothing has been confirmed.
