Rumors have been circling the blogosphere that Tiger Woods and his ex-wife Elin Nordegren were getting back together and planning to give marriage a second try. Although inside sources say Nordegren denies those claims, the rumors might really get buried in the dust now that reports say that the pro-golfer has been dating Olympic skiing champion Lindsey Vonn for two months.
The National Enquirer broke the story that the all-star athlete proposed to the former model on Christmas Day and was willing to give up half of his net worth in a prenuptial agreement in order to remarry the mother of his children. However, now it appears that the rumors may be wrong since he and Vonn are one hot item.
HollywoodLife.com reports that Woods and Vonn started dating last November, although the gold medalist was initially wary of trusting the Masters winner due to his infamous cheating scandal that unfolded in 2009. Woods was exposed to be a serial cheater who had over twenty affairs while married to Nordegren. After their divorce in 2010, Woods sought counseling for sex addiction.
A source told HollywoodLife that the 37-year-old golfer met Voon "through the ski community, because Tiger is an active skier" and "Lindsey has been teaching Tiger's kids Sam and Charlie how to ski."
In addition, a source close to Tiger told Star that "Their busy schedules mean they don't get a lot of time together, but they constantly talk on the phone. And Tiger has made more of a commitment to Lindsey lately -- he's pulling out all the stops."
To top things off, there are reports that the golfing star took a romantic trip to Antigua with the 28-year-old sports hottie and that he paid her a visit in Austria where she was competing in a World Cup Ski event.
