It's been a year in the making, but Tiger Woods' ex-wife Elin Nordegren has come a long way in rebuilding the $12 million dollar mansion that she tore down in Jan. 2012. Reportedly, the original house was infested with termites and ants, so she built a similar looking house on the same property in Jupiter Island, Florida's most affluent and exclusive estate.

Real estate agent Jeff Lichtenstein posted exclusive photos of her home which is adorned by both the Swedish and American flags. The home appears to be three stories and is located in Seminole Landing, an ultra-private community. It's mostly composed of concrete, which will protect it from forceful hurricane winds, according to JeffRealty.com. The website goes on to write:

"Curiosity abounds in the community as to why she is building such a large home for just her small family, as she spends much of the year overseas in her native land of Sweden. Elin originally bought an old house. Somehow unnoticed was the fact that it was infested with termites. How this happened, no one is saying, but the house had to be torn down. That's the back story on this new house construction. Smartly, she bought directly on the ocean where houses soar in price over the years."

When not focusing on her home, there were reports that the former Swedish model was working on getting back together with pro-golfer Tiger Woods. According to the National Enquirer, Woods is willing to give up half of his net worth in an anti-cheating clause in order to remarry his ex-wife, Elin Nordegren. However, conflicting reports say that Nordegren denies that the rumor is true and that Woods has moved on.
