The rumors are swirling once again that one of Hollywood's power couples is calling it quits! Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have numerously been targetted for divorce speculations, but could this time really be it?
Apparently not after Will and his daughter Willow took to social media to combat the claims.
The heinous rumors were started by RadarOnline, whose divorce article was released on Monday, began to circulate and became a major trending topic on Facebook. The publication reported that the Smiths "worked out a confidential settlement to protect their $240 million fortune, and prepare their kids [son Jaden, 17, and daughter Willow, 14] for the fallout."
An insider went as far as to say, "For Will and Jada, holding it together these past few years has been tough because their marriage has been on life support for a long time."
The "Pursuit of Happiness" actor then took to his Facebook page to deny the speculations, although he did admit to receiving the most sincerest of condolences.
"Under normal circumstances, I don't usually respond to foolishness. (Because it's contagious)," he wrote. "But, so many people have extended me their "deepest condolences" that I figured - "What the hell... I can be foolish, too! So, in the interest of redundant, repetitious, over & over-again-ness... Jada and I are... NOT GETTING A DIVORCE!!!!!!!!!!!!! : -)."
Will surely loves his woman and made it extra clear that any sign of a divorce would come from their lips alone: "I promise you all - if I ever decide to divorce my Queen - I SWEAR I'll tell you myself!"
The comedian did not stop there. He added, "#Dumb People Should Have to Wear Scarlet D's"
This time, looks like the rumors have got Will fired up, and the father of three is not the only one laughing. His daughter also made light of the situation via her Twitter account.
"The media thinks my parents are getting divorced like every second hahaha!" Willow tweeted.
Meanwhile, Mr. Smith has been getting his share of laughs with other celebs, as he was spotted backstage at Drake's OVO Fest with the Toronto native and Kanye West.
The TMZ footage captured the trio backstage, and they are seen bowled over with fits of laughter at what appears to be one of the Meek Mill memes that are circulating the Internet.
Moreover, the meme is rumored to be one of the hilarious images used during Drizzy's set to mock the Philly rapper. Meek incited a feud with his rival over Twitter. The beef did not end well for him, whose diss track fell terribly flat by the Internet's standards. Looks like West and Smith agree too.
