Mexican singer and actress, Ninel Conde, is reportedly very upset by the statements her soon-to-be ex husband and businessman, Juan Zepeda (from whom she started a divorce process), made to the press, Terra reported.
On Twitter, Conde posted a message addressed to Zepeda. "@juanzepeda2010 you won't stop giving interviews about your 'truth'. Instead you should pay me the 115 thousand pesos you owe me. It's from my work," wrote the actress.
"Regardless of the amount of money you owe me...Hopefully God and your pastors advise you that it's a sin to steal, especially from someone who's been your partner," Conde later tweeted.
Zepeda also took to Twitter to answer Conde's accusations, making fun her statements and asking Peruvian TV host Laura Bozzo, who hosts Televisa's popular talk show "Laura" that always involves relationships, sexual and domestic abuse, homosexuality, infidelity and addictions, among other themes. "@laurabozzo invite me (to your show) it urges me to go," wrote Zepeda.
Early September, Conde made an appearance on Univision's TV show "Hoy" (Today), where she talked about her ongoing divorce to Zepeda. According to People en Español, Conde said that time will be her best ally to heal her wounds.
"I've felt very hurt, very disappointed and I don't want that for my life. The important thing is to heal my heart," said Conde during the interview. The former "Fuego En La Sangre" actress denied being unfaithful to Zepeda with businessman Pepe Díaz, actress Eiza Gonzalez's ex-boyfriend, although she did acknowledged she met Díaz in a nightclub in Cancún, México.
"The only thing I have to say is that I had a seven-year marriage, which I hoped it would last forever. I was never unfaithful, not to my marriage, or to my beliefs, neither to myself, because the first person you're unfaithful to is to yourself," said Conde.
"My only mistake as a woman was being in the wrong place at the wrong time, with the wrong people, and I really have nothing to be ashamed of because I knew what him [Zepeda] and I were going through; he had already decided to leave," the actress explained.
According to Conde, her marriage crisis started a year ago. "Unfortunately we've had several crisis with many temporary splits," she said. "We've started the divorce process and I asked my lawyer to do all the paperwork," Conde added.
