Dwyane Wade’s Son Shows Off Serious Hoops Skills at Future Tournament in Las Vegas (Watch Video)
Miami Heat, Dwyane Wade might have just won his third NBA title, but someone in his family is already threatening to surpass his accomplishment on the hardcourt.
Zaire Wade, Dwyane's eldest son, is showing some serious hoops skills at John Lucas Future of the Game Camp in Las Vegas this summer.
D-Wade's boy is already considered one of the best fifth graders in the nation and he could be on his way to become the No.1 prospect out of the 2020 class if he continues to evolve his game.
As you can see, Wade Jr. has a full repertoire of moves (shake and bake crossovers, head fake, and spinnaro) like his father. But Zaire also showed excellent court vision and is apparently a better shooter than his pop.
Yet again, Zaire has to keep working hard if he wants to be an NBA baller like his dad. Not all NBA greats produced offspring as great as they were. A good example to this are the sons of Michael Jordan who failed to make an impression in their college career. Jeff Jordan played briefly for Illinois while Marcus Jordan produced a decent college stint at the University of Central Florida. Neither player decided to go to the pros.
He might have a long way to go, but this kid has a bright future ahead of him. With the discipline and good nurturing from D-Wade, Zaire could be a superstar in the making.
