President Barack Obama's second inauguration weekend plan are close to be finalized and outside of Monday's festivities will be the National Day of Service.
The Presidential Inauguration Committee (PIC) has confirmed all 50 states will participate in President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden's "call to service" set for Jan. 19, also known as the National Day of Service.
The National Day of Service started before the first inauguration of President Obama in 2009 as he believed that everyone has a role to contribute back to their community.
"This inauguration is truly a national celebration, with Americans serving their communities in all 50 states," said PIC President and CEO Steve Kerrigan. "Whether you are recruiting mentors in my home state of Massachusetts, teaching the value of healthy eating in Georgia, or cleaning up the damage from forest fires in Colorado, all Americans can play an important role in this Inauguration."

The Clark Fork River has undergone EPA Superfund remediation in at least one area and it is a major recreation resources as well as a drinking water resource.
