Jenna Dewan-Tatum gave her husband Channing Tatum some steamy "Magic Mike" lap dance. The husband and wife were both guests on Spike TV's Lip Sync show and got head to head in an epic battle.
Channing Tatum and his wife Jenna Dewan definitely brought the house down with some epic lip sync battle. The two who met on 2006 at the set of "Step Up" movie surely know how to do some kickass moves on the dance floor, but nobody was prepared when Jenna did a rendition of her husband's famous "Magic Mike" lap dance.
According to Popsugar, the two battled on the season 2 premier of Lip Sync Battle. Jenna started with her version of the song "Cold Hearted" with very special guest Paula Abdul. Channing responded with his funny rendition of "Let It Go" from the movie "Frozen."
However, the real battle began on round two when the couple became extra competitive. Jenna recreated Channing's famous "Magic Mike" dance scene on the tune of "Pony." The "Supergirl" actress performed complete with makeup painted abs. The crowd and Channing definitely were left impressed with her jaw-dropping performance.
In response, Channing came back at her dressed as Beyonce. The actor sported curly blonde locks, sexy costume, contoured cheekbones and several back up dancers. According to USA Today, the dancer/actor performed Queen Bey's "Run The World." If that's not enough, the major surprise of his number came minutes just before he wrapped it up. Beyonce suddenly appeared from the doors behind and made her entrance. Jenna couldn't help but cheer for her husband as he joined Beyonce dance until the end.
From the looks of it, it would be hard to pick a winner. However, for the first time in Lip Sync Battle, the show decided that Jenna and Channing both deserve to win and later declared them as co-winners.
"That was really awesome. Shooting a money gun was really fun and getting to dance with my idol Paula Abdul," Jenna said during their interview.
Since Channing starred in the movie "Magic Mike," a lot of girls have been jealous of Jenna for having the actor as a husband and the father to their child. However, after viewers have seen her epic dance routine in the Lip Sync Battle, it looks like the obsession shifted to her.
Well, Channing definitely agrees that his wife is really something special. In an interview he did before for Vanity Fair, Channing spoke about his wife with high regards as he detailed how she handled giving birth to their child.
"We like to think of ourselves as big, strong men, and we could handle whatever situation. The reality is [that women] are so much stronger than we could ever be. There's a reason why we weren't given that job, evolutionary or whatever. My wife, she's a warrior. She did it as natural as you can. [As a man], you're basically a cheerleader," Channing said.
