Ariana Grande has decided to cancel her UAE and Japan concert, and fans are asking why.

According to an article by Capital FM, Ariana Grande has decided to cancel all of her shows outside the United States this December. This covers all her international appearances, as well as promotions for the rest of the year. This means that the "Focus" singer will not make it to the Jingle Bell Ball with Coca Cola in London.

Although the singer will be missing from the event, fans will still have a good time with the star-studded lineup that includes Justin Bieber, Ellie Goulding, Calvin Harris, Coldplay, David Guetta, Little Mix, Nick Jonas, Jason Derulo and many more.

The singer made the announcement using her Twitter account. She expressed her disappointment for not being able to "make it abroad" this December but explained that all will be rescheduled for next year.

"Babies, I'm so sad I won't be able to make it abroad this December, but I can't wait to see u (sic) and reschedule for next year. I love you so much," she posted.

In an article by Stuff, Grande is due to perform in the United Arab Emirates for her Honeymoon Tour. She is also set to perform in Saitama, Japan next week for two shows but it looks like all these have been postponed.

This was not the first time that Grande had to cancel some of her shows. This is probably the reason why the popstar was recently branded as "lazy" by talk show host Jonathan Ross. The singer apparently failed to arrive on time in his London studio to be able to tape an appearance for his series.

Ross declared that the singer was so late for her guesting that he had to apologize to the audience who was hoping to catch a glimpse of the singer.

"I don't know what it is. We are going to give Ariana the benefit of the doubt and not say anything mean or judgmental. I apologise to anyone who might have come along hoping to see her... She was booked but the lazy little f...er has not come. Maybe she has gone to her first Nando's," Ross said.

Grande did not give a reason for the cancellation of her shows. However, in previous events, she cited that she was too sick to perform. Due to the recent announcement, her Honeymoon Tour technically finished this year in Sao Paulo, Brazil in October.
