Some Apple fans breathed a sigh of relief to know a couple devices have eased on its shipping delays, however, in return, one of the latest devices won't be shipping until next year, which is only a few weeks away.
As Latinos Post reported, iPhone 5's shipping delays decreased to two to four days after being a month long following its September release. The delays have since decreased to two weeks, followed by one week last week, to now a couple days.
The iPad Mini's shipping time has also improved. The seven-inch tablet has seen its shipping delay of two weeks go down by seven days. The one week shipping day comes as the tablet launches across several countries worldwide, including China and India.
But as the iPhone 5 and iPad Mini's shipping time decreases, it is the new iMac that sees a lengthy shipping delay, until 2013.
To be precise, it is the 27-inch iMac that is now delayed for at least a month long - a January 2013 shipping date.
The news follows the shipping delay of three to four week previously reported by Apple Insider. Apple.com originally had the 27-inch iMac to be shipping by two to three weeks following its launch.
The delay affects both models of the 27-inch iMac - the 2.9GHz with a price tag of $1,799 and the 3.2GHz variant with a price tag of $1,999.
The 21.5-inch iMac is also the victim of shipping delays, but better numbers than the 27-inch version. Initially, the shipping time for the 21.5-inch iMac was one to three business days but that has increased to seven to 10 business days.
