After a series of interviews where he talked about ex-flame Selena Gomez, it looks like there is no stopping Justin Bieber from revealing more details about their post -relationship status.
In an interview with US Weekly magazine, Bieber looked back on his past relationship with Gomez and talked about what he has learned from it. The singer, who is currently promoting his new album "Purpose," also opened up about the status of their friendship.
The 21-year-old Canadian pop star reminisced about his life with Gomez and said that they were young and invested too much in their three-year on-off relationship.
"I think we didn't really know what we were doing. [We were] young and we kinda just invested too much of ourselves into each other," Bieber said.
Bieber also admitted that he learned a lot from his relationship with Gomez more specifically on how to treat women and what women want.
"I learned a lot from the relationship. About life, how to treat women, what women want and need. I think a woman needs security. I think a woman needs to feel that security and know that nothing else matters. I learned that with her," the "What Do U Mean" singer said.
Apart from the lessons, Bieber also confessed that they still remained friends although they have broken up. He refers to her as his "homey," and even claimed that every now and then she hits his phone up. Jokingly, he added that it goes both ways as sometimes he calls and texts her as well.
In another interview he did with i-D magazine, Bieber described his relationship with Gomez as "magical" and something he didn't want to let go. He admitted that he put so much of himself for his Latina girlfriend because he was far away from everyone else.
However, it was difficult to maintain a relationship especially since they are both famous stars. Bieber said that it did become hard and came with a lot of baggage, but they both decided to try and stick around. He also admitted that being around the media and getting watched by everyone messed up his head. He also shared that his schedule of always being on the road and meeting beautiful women got him into trouble.
Since his breakup with Gomez, Bieber has been linked with models like Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid and Hailey Baldwin but he claims that they are all just friends. The singer described them as the "sweetest girls" and that they care about him as much as he cares about them.
Right now, Bieber said that he's single and not ready to date. The Canadian heartthrob said that he's busy with his career in music especially now that he has a new album.
