Resident Evil 6 has been out for a few months now and the first batch of downloadable content is finally on the way.
The first batch of DLC is headed to the Xbox 360 starting December 18 with the PS3 content slated to come at a future date. The DLC consists of three new multiplayer modes called Predator, Survivors, and Onslaught.
Predator mode allows for up to two to six players, with one of them playing as the Ustanak trying to eliminate the other players. The rest of the players must stop the B.O.W. or survive until the timer runs out.
In Survivors mode, players will attack one another other in a team-based mode. If a player is killed, then they respawn as an enemy character and can attack the other human characters. Kill a human character as an enemy and then the enemy will resurrect as a human. This can be played by two to six players as well.
In the final mode Onslaught only two players go up against each other as they try to take down waves of enemies. The main goal is to create a diverse range of combos to kill more enemies faster than the opponent. If a player is able to put together more combos, they will send more enemies over to their opponent's screen, making their battle more difficult.
The three modes will be available for 320 Microsoft Points ($4), or bundled together for 720 Microsoft Points ($9).
