Jennifer Lawrence is one of the most outspoken celebrities in Hollywood. So when she finally spoke about pay inequality, the "Hunger Games" received nothing but praises.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Lawrence wrote an essay discussing the pay inequality happening in Hollywood. The actress was praised not only by fans but as well as actors and actresses like Bradley Cooper, Elizabeth Banks and Emma Watson.

When asked about what he thought of Lawrence's essay, Cooper said that there is in fact pay inequality happening in Hollywood. He also said that it's great that someone was able to raise the topic and even mentioned that he loves strong women.

The inequality of pay in Hollywood came after the Sony hack that revealed that Lawrence made less money than co-actors Christian Bale, Bradley Cooper and Jeremy Renner in the movie "American Hustle." It was believed that the actors negotiated the deals for themselves while Lawrence said she worried that she will look like a brat if she whined and asked too much for pay.

"I didn't want to seem 'difficult' or 'spoiled.' At the time, that seemed like a fine idea, until I saw the payroll on the Internet and realized every man I was working with definitely didn't worry about being 'difficult' or 'spoiled,'" Lawrence penned.

Lawrence was also able to receive praises from fellow actresses like Emma Watson who said, "Jennifer Lawrence I love you so."

Watson who is not only an actress but also a United Nations spokesperson fighting for equality clearly agreed with what Lawrence had to say, MTV reported.

"It's hard for me to speak about my experience as a working woman because I can safely say my problems aren't exactly relatable," Lawrence stated. "This could be a young-person thing. It could be a personality thing. I'm sure it's both. But this is an element of my personality that I've been working against for years, and based on the statistics, I don't think I'm the only woman with this issue."

Pay inequality has always been an issue in Hollywood but only was brought more openly now. This is with the help of more fierce and outspoken women who works in the industry who think that they do deserve the equal amount of pay that their male counterparts are getting.

Apart from Watson and Cooper, Lawrence was also praised by Jessica Chastain, Janet Mock and Mark Ruffalo.
