Adele's highly anticipated third album is expecting to make an enormous splash when her next album drops. Rumor has it the LP "25" is looking to be released Nov. 13, 2015 and it's contenders are steering clear of the competition.
As the New Zealand Herald News points out "It's thought other artists have decided to change the dates they unleash new music to cater to the star. For example, Little Mix and Sam Smith's records will be available to purchase in early November to avoid clashing with Adele's moment."
The British singer's upcoming album has reportedly been on hold for quite sometime because she has been taking time to care for her son Angelo with boyfriend Simon Konecki. Her second album "21" was released in 2011 to raving reviews.
Adele's third album is sure to be fierce competition. "Adele is coming and it's very likely to be an epic release," an source revealed to Britain's The Sun newspaper via New Zealand Herald News.
"The major labels have realised it's essential they get out any big releases before then because from November 20, it's very likely to be about one woman only. She will dominate pre-Christmas sales," the source continued.
"That's why Justin Bieber, Kylie Minogue and One Direction are going head-to-head the week before - usually the record companies would want a No.1 album with artists that big, but in this case they simply want to get the album out there before Adele."
However, there may be other artists who are not as fearful of Adele's album sales and may make a surprise drop. "It's still possible there might be a surprise release from Coldplay or Beyonce who would be confident to put music out at any time of the year," the insider added.
Beyonce shocked the world and the internet in 2013 when she made a surprise album drop complete with music videos for each track without any prior advertisements.
"But Emeli Sande and Michael Buble, who share the same market as Adele, are both delayed into next year for certain."
Whoa talk about stiff competition. That being said, Adele better bring it and hopefully next month.
