What are the chances of a female fighter against a UFC brawler as huge as Tank Abbott?

Well, it doesn’t take a genius to figure that out, size disparity included. Seeing a man take on a woman is one thing but to go up against a 255-pound heavyweight is no laughing matter.

Never mind that he is already 50 years old. The thing is that an interracial one-on-one match is simply something that poses a lot of questions.

Then again, knowing how female fighters like Ronda Rousey would not back down from such a challenge, could the reigning UFC Women’s Bantamweight champion seriously consider it?

Abbott is apparently sticking to his stance that ‘No Woman’ belongs in the Octagon. Even Ronda Rousey?

It won’t be surprising if Abbott draws criticism for his remarks but just the same, the UFC brawler seems to care less.

Assuming that a crazy fight like that would happen, what would Abbott put up to make it happen?

According to a report from TMZ, Abbott would post a $100K prize on the table for any woman who could beat him in a fight.

"[Rousey] is a girl. It's all about this emotional stuff," Abbott said. "I will tell you this: I don't care, I will fight any woman on this Earth for free. I will. She will have to make me a sandwich – that's what I get for winning."

All of these talk about the place of women in the UFC stemmed from a previous worldwide debate involving Rousey and undefeated (and allegedly retired) Floyd Mayweather Jr. It is no secret that both Rousey and Mayweather have been going it by throwing proverbial jabs at each other.

UFC President Dana White however says that should both Rousey and Mayweather meet in the Octagon, the reigning UFC champion would rag doll the American boxer in a no-rules setto.

Rousey did mention before that she would not fight a man for the simple fact of not blowing the whole male against female setting.

However, seeing the rants that Abbott is taking aim at Rousey, could the undefeated female fighter make an exception?

In all, the whole issue seems a bit out of proportion and could eventually draw conflicting reactions, especially on the female side. It may eventually make Abbott look bad if it does prosper.

Additionally, it seems that Abbott had a wee bit plenty to drink. Could he take it all back once he sobers up?
