"Secret Wars" has been Marvel's big multi-title event, which has changed the entire landscape of the Marvel Comics continuity and has been running since May 2015.

The story has been mostly well received and during the recent Fan Expo 2015, Marvel released some of its plans for how the Marvel Universe will function after the "Secret Wars" ends. The plans were revealed during a Q&A with writer Charles Soule. According to Comic Book Resources, there were several topics that were not to be talked about.

The first topic was that Wolverine is dead and will continue to be so for the foreseeable future. The second topic was that they cannot talk about the ending to "Secret Wars." Lastly, Soule would be unable to talk about anything that has to do with the Canadian super hero team Alpha Flight.

Bleeding Pool reports that the first topic Soule opened up about was the writer's next run on the character of Daredevil. Post "Secret Wars" Daredevil will have several changes made on the character - the first being his secret identity. Over the years, Daredevil's identity has been found out as Matt Murdock, the blind lawyer from Hell's Kitchen. After the series, his identity will become secret once again. Next, the man without fear will become a prosecutor for the city and no longer a defense attorney. Lastly, Daredevil will be taking on an apprentice named Samuel Chung. Chung's power, superhero name and origins were not discussed.

Soule goes on about the X-Men and how the team will be re-launched. The writer says that there will be a couple of surprise characters in the first few issues of the comic, and that fans of the old school teams will be very happy to see them. In a picture leaked for the cover of "Extraordinary X-Men" #1, the team seems to be made up of Storm, Nightcrawler, Shadowcat, Colossus, Jean Grey / Marvel Girl and an older version of Wolverine. With both Jean Grey and Wolverine dead in the current timeline, the cover did leave fans wondering how this team will be formed.

The panel also go on to say that Loki will return with an expanded role in the Marvel Universe, but the identity of the Norse god came into question as the panelist did confirm that it may or may not be a female version of the Asgardian god of trickery.

Spiderman and Deadpool have also been confirmed to have a team up comic in the works and the writers did assure fans that the antics will continue in this series. With the success of Cable / Deadpool, this should be an interesting read.

Fan Expo 2015 only showed fans the tip of the iceberg for what is to be the post "Secret Wars" Marvel Universe. What are you most excited about? Let us know in the comments below.
