Manchester United suffered two straight1-0 losses this past week and looked vulnerable for the first time in a while.

Their loss at the hands of Galatasaray in the Champions League can be summed up to the fact the Sir Alex Ferguson did not start his usual players for the match since Man U had already clinched the group and the bout was essentially meaningless. However, the loss to Norwich City was another matter completely as such stars as Robin Van Persie did nothing against one of the weaker sides in the Premier League. Wayne Rooney was sorely missed in that match and it looks like he might be back on Saturday when Man U takes on the Queens Park Rangers. With Manchester City and Chelsea facing off on Sunday, this team has a prime opportunity to jump back into first place while its most immediate rivals take each other out. Van Persie leads the team with eight goals, but has not scored in the last two Premier League matches.

Man U's rivals will be the Queens Park Rangers who recently underwent a management transition. The sacking of Mark Hughes was expected after the team failed to win a single one of its first 12 matches. With just four draws and four points, the team sits in last place on the table and is four points behind the second worst team South Hampton. This team is in desperate need of a few victories otherwise they might not be a part of the top division in English soccer come next fall.

Prediction: Man U is home and looking to take back first. Rooney could return, making this match all the more difficult for QPR. 5-0 Man U.
