Apple's new iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus are nearing debut, and as enthusiasts of the device eagerly wait for its release, leaked photos of the iPhone 6S and some of its new features make fans even more thrilled.
The Apple-dedicated website 9 to Mac has obtained photos showing the parts and hardware of the upcoming latest model of iPhone.
They featured what seemed to be a bigger camera and a hardware component supposedly made to support the rumored "Force Touch" feature of the new phone.
In the first image, a white iPhone 6 can be seen behind a close front image of the iPhone 6S which shows a noticeably larger space for the front camera.
This improvement in the device is assumed to serve as a support to the reported "upgraded front-facing FaceTime cameras" that will sport bigger sensors.
This addition came after an earlier release by the website which mentioned that the new iPhone models will see a significant upgrade in the overall camera system.
Its front camera will reportedly have a flash support as well as the capability to take panoramic shots and slow motion 720P videos.
The second image, shown above, is rumored to feature the component that will facilitate the new iPhone's "Force Touch" or "Taptic engine".
A previous report by 9 to Mac said that the "Force Touch" in iPhone 6S will somehow differ from the "Force Touch" integrated with Apple Watch .
Instead of opening a large window of additional control options, the "Force Touch" in the upcoming iPhone will leave out the options that are already existing on button presses, and instead present shortcuts.
Furthermore, the new iPhone 6S is said to feature a 12 megapixel rear camera with 4K video recording capacity that is better than the 8 megapixel and 1080P video recording of its predecessor, iPhone 6.
Besides introducing a new case color variation in the alleged "Rose Gold" beyond the traditional Space gray, silver, and gold, the new iPhone 6S is believed to have bigger storage capacity, motion-based animated wallpapers, and lack of sapphire crystal on its screen
iPhone 6S, with its suspected A9 Chip processor, is also expected to be faster and more power efficient, leading to a longer battery life.
The new iPhone models, together with the new Apple TV, are expected to be introduced in San Francisco on September 9, 2015. However, new iPads are also anticipated to be announced during the event.
