Disney will soon awaken the sleeping titan franchise of Star Wars by Lucas Films on December 18 in full force (no pun intended) with "Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens." Since its production, Disney has been giving fans tiny bits and pieces of information, as if to tease those who have waited for this series to be revived on the silver screen. Now, more teasers have been released to the public.

According to Screen Rant, "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" is still shrouded in mystery, especially with the masked villain Kylo Ren by Adam Driver. Another thing to ponder is the connection of Finn (John Boyega) and Rey (Daisy Ridley) to Han Solo (Harrison Ford) and the rest of the original trilogy's cast.

With Disney's D23 Expo at Anaheim, California concluded and the release date drawing closer, more hints have surfaced. One of the biggest reveal so far came from the official Instagram for Star Wars called Lucasfilm. The post is a video clip with Finn wielding a blue lightsaber, which was also revealed at the D23 Expo in a poster by Drew Struzan.

The latest installment of the franchise has also hit the pages of Empire magazine. Their latest issue used the movie's ball droid as a front cover, as seen on Empire Online. The website also featured more images from behind the scenes. This included a photo of Finn wearing his trooper costume while aiming a blaster.

On other news, there have been questions regarding the foreseeable success of the movie. According to Deadline, "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" may even surpass the achievements of "Jurassic World", which garnered a total of $524.4 million upon opening and around $1 billion in 13 days. Experts believe that the movie will earn around $300 million stateside and $315 million from outside the country----an astonishing and record-breaking achievement if the predictions come true.

The long-awaited sequel to 1983's "Return of the Jedi" is getting closer, and fans are more than willing to camp outside malls and cinemas just to watch "Star Wars: The Force Awakens." There are so many questions that need answering, so many speculations that need to be confirmed or denied. All these will be put to rest when the movie comes out.

Prepare your lightsabers and blasters as "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" blasts off in cinemas on Dec. 18, 2015.
