Demi Lovato puts on some sexy moves and strutted in a skimpy outfit when she performed her latest single "Cool For Summer" in "The Voice Australia."
The singer headed to the Land Down Under to promote her new sultry song on "The Voice Australia" on Sunday. The 22-year-old offered a racy performance of her song but it wasn't all that. She came prepared with a "high budget production" as well as her revealing outfit, reported Direct Lyrics website.
According to Daily Mail, Demi arrived in Australia on Saturday and was spotted at the Sydney airport. After her sizzling performance on stage, Demi exclaimed "I love Australia!" and further added that she was glad that the opportunity to perform in the country came.
Aside from her impressive performance on "The Voice," Demi is also on the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine for its September issue. The singer turned actress stunned on the cover wearing a sparkly plunging mini dress that revealed her side and arm tattoos.
However, the magazine was recently slammed by an American organization claiming that the publication encourages an "explicit and sexually violent culture."
Demi has spoken about the issue and posted a photo on her Instagram account saying that she is "a proud Cosmopolitan cover girl."
"What these individuals who are protesting don't understand is that for the first time in a long time I feel incredibly empowered and the most beautiful I've ever felt on this magazine. I think what's more important is showing women there's nothing wrong with embracing their bodies and sexuality," Demi said regarding the matter.
Wilmer Valderrama, Demi's boyfriend has expressed his support for his lady love. In a report by Fox News, the actor gushed about his girlfriend and said that they are both supportive of each other. After everything that Demi has been through and her openness about her past struggles, Wilmer said that that he is very excited about this moment for him and for Demi.
Demi previously admitted about her bipolar disorder, sexuality and other personal issues that she had to deal with in the past. With her new found confidence, the singer uses every chance she gets to empower women especially teenagers who are going through the same experiences she had. Demi acknowledged her family, friends and her boyfriend who helped her on her road to recovery.
"You can overcome and get through anything," Demi said as encouragement.
