Nicki Minaj sparked rumors that she might be pregnant with Meek Mill's baby but remained tight lipped about the issue.
During a concert in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania on Saturday night, the crowd went wild when Nicki Minaj called in Meek Mill and addressed him as her "baby father." According to Entertainment Tonight Online, Nicki Minaj left everyone in shock with how she called out her boyfriend.
The incident caused rumors that the "Anaconda" singer might possibly be pregnant with Meek Mill's baby. But when ET Online tried to reach out to both camps for answers, none of their representatives have confirmed or denied the news.
The 32-year-old singer started dating the 28-year-old rapper in December of last year. The couple sparked rumors that they might be engaged on April when Minaj posted a photo of huge ring but Meek slammed the idea.
In the summer, the couple even got into another Twitter ramble when Meek posted a statement saying that Nicki was not pregnant but he wished she was. Nicki then responded saying that the only time she will be having a kid is after when she gets married. Last fall, Nicki said in an interview that she feels she was "put here to be a mother." If the rumors are true then she definitely made Mill's wish come true.
Aside from the pregnancy rumors, Nicki was just out from a Twitter battle with "Bad Blood" singer Taylor Swift. The two singers famously started a war when Taylor responded to Nicki's tweet that she thought was aimed at her. Swift took it personal when Minaj tweeted about the VMA nominations of "women with very slim bodies."
The social media exchange from Swift and Minaj has inspired some personalities like Bruno Mars and Ed SHeeran to make pun of the incident. Kim Kardashian also got tangled up in the issue and the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star instantly defended herself by saying she is clueless about the feud that had been going on.
According to US Magazine, the issue was later on resolved when Taylor apologized to Nicki on Twitter and said that she thought she was being called out.
"She was super, super sweet and she apologized. She said, 'Look, I didn't understand the big picture of what you were saying, but now I get it.' We're all good," Nicki continued, "I'm sure we can [collaborate], because it takes a big person to do what Taylor did. I've been there. It was big of her to come out and say that."
