Salma Hayek is easily one of the most beautiful Latina actresses in Hollywood. The 48-year-old beauty revealed that she was excited posing topless for her recent cover on fashion magazine Allure.
According to an article from Entertainment Online, Hayek confessed that it was an exciting experience for her to pose topless in the latest cover of Allure Magazine. However, she also claimed that her tiny hands were a bit of a problem when she tried to cover her modesty.
"I thought my hands were bigger. They're big, but not big enough to cover my breasts. They did cover enough but in my head they were covering more," said the actress, who is busy promoting her latest movie "The Prophet."
Hayek also said that she felt a certain kind of freedom with regard to stripping down for the camera.
"It's important to be free; and at my age it's exciting to still be able to take a photograph like that," the actress said.
In another article by Indian Express, Hayek revealed some of her beauty secrets. The actress said that she makes sure that good fats are part of her diet.
"I embrace fat, the good fat, this is very important and I make a bone broth that you can look up on the internet, it's very good for all your health and it's full of collagen, when you drink it, it's like fat. I think people are afraid of fat, and fat is your friend," said the Mexican beauty.
Along with her broth, she confessed that she also makes her own face cream. The actress revealed that she uses the bark of a tree used in hospitals in Mexico for burnt patients. With regard to the worst beauty advice she has gotten since she became an actress in Hollywood, Hayek said that people insisted for her to do Botox.
"I don't believe in Botox, especially when [people] do it so young. They destroy themselves. They keep telling young girls, 'Do it young, so you never get wrinkles.' No, your face is going to fall. You'll have to keep getting more and more and more each time. So if you're going to do it, I recommend doing it as late as you can," Hayek said.
Although she is one of the most beautiful and successful women in the movie industry, Hayek said she used to be afraid of turning 50 because she fears her career might end.
"In the past, when I tried to imagine what I'd look like and what my life would be like at this age, I was terrified. I imagined myself looking old, but instead I think I still look OK, and I'm fine with my appearance," Hayek mentioned.
