It is finally time to learn the secrets behind Khloé Kardashian's dramatic weight loss.
The 31-year-old, who has been known to be the thicker sister of the Kardashian bunch, is putting all the haters to shame -- she recently revealed that she has lost a whopping 35 pounds.
The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star has been working out ultra hard to achieve her new sexy bod by leading a healthy lifestyle and frequently hitting the gym a lot.
In an interview with Australian radio show "Fitzy and Wippa," Kardashian confessed that she is indeed a gym rat, ABC News pointed out. "Definitely when I'm in L.A., I go hard," she said.
In addition, vacation or traveling on business is no exception to her workout regimen. Although jet-lagged in Australia, she still found the time to pump some iron.
"It wasn't that intense here because I'm still jet-lagged, but I make sure that I go," she continued. "Even 30 minutes you feel, 'Okay, I feel good about myself.' Then if you want to eat something or whatever, then you don't feel as bad."

Kardashian's slimmer and sexier-than-ever physique took center stage most recently on the cover of the August/September issue of Complex Magazine.
The reality star paraded lots of skin and a toned bod in the gym-themed cover shoot. She is apparently so proud of her weight loss and bangin' frame, she let the haters have it. She took to her Instagram account to keep their trolling mouths at bay by posting unedited shot from the photo shoot.
"This one is for all the troll haters out there that cannot seem to give me an ounce of credit for my daily workouts!" she captioned the image. "The image on the left is an unretouched photo from the actual camera on the day of the shoot. The image on the right is the retouched photo. Yes skin is smooth and shadows are removed but I still think I look good on the left image. Flaws and all, hi hater!!!"
Back in February, Kardashian admitted on Instagram that she needed to make a change in her diet.
"Looking back at pictures of myself I didn't realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was... Definitely overweight and unhealthy, yes," she wrote. "About two years ago I decided to turn to fitness as a form of therapy and as a stress reliever."
Perhaps this is how the "KUWTK" star is coping with the recent divorce from Lamar Odom. Either way, she is putting in work, and it is most certainly paying off!
