Looks like the zombie is out of the bag. Well, sort of! The Internet is swirling with predictions on death and the arrival of new roles on the sixth season of "The Walking Dead." The show is based on the comic book series, which has lead viewers to believe a few characters are on their way out and an old character may be back on his way in.
There is major speculation that the next character to go will be Glenn. In a panel discussion with Comic-Con 2015, MTV asked few cast members if they could bring back any chracter and who it would be.
Norman Reedus replied, "Glenn," who is still alive in the AMC television series. If Glenn were to die, this would only further corroborate the suspicions of the introduction of a villain and brutal ruler of a clan called, "The Saviors." The crazed ruler reportedly kills Glenn in the comic book series.
Meanwhile, Ethan Embry was confirmed to be joining the cast in the upcoming season, according to the executive producer, Scott Gimple. Rumors are flying that he may be playing the role of Negan; however, it is also suspected that he may take the role of Scott, a resident of Alexandria, who is skeptical of new arrivals.
In addition to the possible arrival of Negan, fans are speculating about the possible reprise of season 1 character Morales, who was last seen leaving Rick and his group to head to Birmingham with his wife and two kids, while the others made their way to Atlanta. The speculation has grown, ever since a promotional image of Morales emerged
with the caption, "NOT DEAD."
Although there are many unanswered questions leading up to the forthcoming season, there are plenty of fun and interesting plot twists for fans to ponder until "The Walking Dead" Season 6 premieres on Oct. 11 on AMC.
