Toei Animation has released the third episode of "Dragon Ball Super" and the story is now starting to take shape as the inevitable battle between the Saiyans and the God of Destruction, Beerus.
As recapped by Damian Seeto of Attack of the Fanboy, the third episode of "Dragon Ball Super" starts off with Beerus talking to Whis about his visions of the "Super Saiyan God"as the Old Kai feels the presence of Beerus and promptly gets scared.
The scene then jumps to King Kai's planet where it was revealed that he too knows of Beerus' presence as he gets nervous about him. It is then shown that Goku is still training on King Kai's planet as King Kai admits that Goku is not capable of handling the God of Destruction.
The next scene shows Beerus and Whis returning home as Attack of the Fanboy notes that most of the dialogue in this scene is a rehash of what happened in the "Battle of Gods" movie.
Whis tells Beerus that two Saiyans that still exist. A brief flashback from "Dragon Ball Z" was shown as Whis tells Beerus that Goku defeated Frieza by becoming a Super Saiyan. Upon learning of the existence of the two Saiyans, Beerus and Whis heads off to Earth.
The next scene then shows Krillin and his family in their car as they're heading off to Bulma's party. Krillin decides that they should just fly to Bulma's party. Tien, Chiaotzu and Yamacha were also shown during this scene.
It was revealed that Bulma's party is being held in a fancy cruise ship. Gohan, Videl, Chi Chi and Goten all arrive for the party as Bulma gives them a greeting. The next scene shows Gohan showing Piccolo a photo of his wedding with Videl. Piccolo, feeling a bit uncomfortable, blushes during this scene.
More scenes from Bulma's party close out the third episode of "Dragon Ball Super". Master Roshi's running gag of being a pervert was shown as he was seen ogling out young girls in their bikinis. His perverted activity was then promptly stopped by Chi Chi.
