Lebron James has not hidden the fact that he is not yet over the 2014-15 NBA Finals loss that the Cleveland Cavaliers suffered at the hands of the Golden State Warriors. Despite his best efforts, it seems that his monster performance weren’t enough to lead the Cavs to their first-ever NBA crown.

James has been known to be a winner since he entered the NBA and he has two NBA rings to prove it. He was instrumental for the Miami Heat’s two championships though he has suffered twice as more NBA Finals losses (4). One more championship should however even the odds.

On an individual skill set, however, James is undoubtedly a winner. That was all the more cemented when James won the nod as ESPY for Best Championship Performance, easing out other big names which include Madison Bumgamer and Lauren Haeger.

The curious angle about the selection is that James didn’t win a championship compared to the two.

“Thank you to all my fans, and I'll take the second place award and I'll take it to my house too,” James said via Yahoo Sports.

All that aside, how does James cope up with a loss? How does James go home and explain to his family, especially his little tykes of coming short of a triumph of a victory?

Life can be pretty tough for a high-profile celebrity-athlete, especially if he goes by the name of Lebron James. With such high standards, it seems that everyone expects you to conquer anything you are into, in this case basketball.

James shares some of the things his kids throw at him when he comes home after losses, something he shared via the Tonight Show:

"If you go out, and you don't perform well, when you get home, 'Daddy. Why did you lose? And why didn't you play well tonight? It's your fault you lost.' And I'm like, 'Are you guys serious? Are you serious?'"

Well, we all know that kids will be kids and in Lebron’s case, they think highly of their dad. As far as Lebron is concerned, he takes these questions differently and on a positive light.

That is of course not limited to his kids but his entire family as well. Hard as they may be for someone unaware of who Lebron James really is, the fact remains that James’ number one supporters are actually the ones who love him most – his family.

Seeing the emotional distress that James is going through, his family has and will always have his back.

It is a fact that James is a super athlete and has won multiple recognitions. At the end of the day, nothing beats having a family that is deeply involved and supportive with what he does best – play serious basketball.
