DC Comics is on a roll with the vastly positive reactions to the "Batman v Superman" and "Suicide Squad." It appears that the studio is not stopping there as they are also charging up the hype for the DC TV Universe with their recent "Arrow" Season 4 and "The Flash" Season 2 reveals.

CW is slowing becoming the champion for the DC TV Universe and if the recent Warner Bros TV panel at Comic Con is an indication, then fans should get hyped for the upcoming seasons of "Arrow" and "The Flash".

As was reported by Agustin Guerrero of Screen Rant, "Arrow" season 4 could be one of the best yet as the Oliver Queen is now becoming closer to being the "Green Arrow" from the comics as could be seen on his newly revealed costume.

The report notes that the new costume is very similar to the "New 52" Green Arrow costume in which Oliver Queen is wearing a very shortsleeved/ sleeveless costume. Guerrero maintains that it is unknown as to why Oliver Queen would wear the new costume or who would make it but Stephen Amell himself gave a hint as to why he would don a new costume for "Arrow" Season 4.

Meanwhile, the "Arrow" writers room confirmed that "Arrow" showrunner Marc Guggenheim revealed that "Arrow" Season 4 would have new villains as he revealed that Mr. Terrific and another Batman villain, Anarky, would join the list of villains for the show.

As "Arrow" is slowly gearing up for their fourth season, "The Flash" is speeding up towards Season 2 and from the looks of it, Wells is back and new speedsters are back with Jay Garrick and Zoom being confirmed to appear next season.

In a different report from Screen Rant, Jay Garrick and Wally West would appear alongside the new villain, Zoom, as was confirmed during the Warner Bros TV panel at Comic Con.

As was noted on the report, Greg Berlanti confirmed that Earth-Two would be featured in the next season.

Finally, one of the biggest teasers for the "Flash" Season 2 was that not only would Barry have a new costume, he would also have a new power that would involve lightning.

In a report by Kelly West of Cinemablend, Grant Gustin confirmed in an interview that Barry would have a new mentor and he would have a new power that involves lightning.

"I mentioned he'll have a new mentor in Season 2. In the second episode they're already working together and in the second episode, Barry does something new with his powers that is really exciting to me. We've never done it before. It's pretty different than anything else we've done... It involves lightning," said Gustin.
