Khloe Kardashian blasts her haters for all the "liposuction" rumors that she has been getting. The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star defended herself, stating that she works hard in the gym to be able to achieve and maintain the figure that she has now, based on a report by US Weekly.
The 30-year-old reality star is proud of all the hard work she's done when it comes to her slimmer figure. However, there are rumors that Khloe might have liposuction done. She quickly slammed the rumors and her haters stating that she "busts her ass" in the gym.
"I find it disgusting but maybe a compliment that I'm being accused of getting Lipo done. I work out 5 days a week. I bust my ass!" Khloe posted on Twitter.
She followed up with another post, "Yes this is documented by the paps. I'm assuming if I've had any sort of surgery I would need 6-8 weeks off of any intense workout."
"Why is it so hard to give credit where credit is due? I work my ass off in the gym. Again maybe I should be flattered?!?! Hmmmmm. By the way... I'm sending this tweet from the gym. Hi Hater!!!" Kardashian added a bit of humor.
According to Huffington Post, Khloe surprised everyone back in February by posting a picture on Instagram. From a fuller and more round figure, she visibly dropped weight and celebrated her "baby abs." Along with the photo, there was a personal caption which tackles her journey to fitness
"Looking back at pictures of myself I didn't realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was. People love to call me the fat one but as weird as it sounds I still don't think I would consider myself fat back then. Definitely overweight and unhealthy, yes. About two years ago I decided to turn to fitness as a form of therapy and as a stress reliever. I started slow and eventually I started working out 4 to 5 days a week," she explained.
She reminded others how important it is to start and to start small. Spreading the message about dedication and how hard work will eventually pay off.
"We all have to start somewhere and doing something is better than nothing at all. Start small so you don't get discouraged and give up. Remember it is all about consistency. There are no quick fixes if you want long-term results. Working out is a huge part of my life now," she added.
