What could possibly be the greatest Air Jordan XI colorway is about to release on May 23.
Slam Online revealed that the Air Jordan 11 Retro Low "True Red" is set to launch on Saturday for $170. The shoe will be available on Nike.com, Footlocker and other selected Jordan Brand retail outlets.
Sneaker Bar Detroit announced the upcoming pair in September 2014, which gives reference to the famous high-top Air Jordan 11 "Bred". Based on the images, the Air Jordan XI Retro Low features a full black mesh and leather upper. The distinctive black patent leather overlay is present on the mudguard just above the white midsole. The shoelaces, stitches, insole and tongue are black as well. The outsole is semi-translucent red with the carbon fiber shank to provide maximum support and durability. The sock lining is True Red with a white number "23" printed on the back. A red stitched Jumpman logo appears below the "23" and there is another red Jumpman logo against the black insole and another black Jumpman logo on the center of the outsole. The signature Jumpman Jordan tag is also stitched in the middle of the tongue.
Kicks on Fire announced that the Air Jordan 7 "Bordeaux" is also set to release on July 18, 2015, two weeks away from its original planned release on Independence Day. The pair was last seen in 2011 and now makes a return on Jordan Brand's 30th anniversary. The pair will be "remastered", featuring top quality materials just like the original. Being a remastered version, the shoe is expected to be durable and tough for casual use and court games.
Sneaker Bar Detroit says that the original Air Jordan 7 "Bordeaux" was released in 1991 and worn by Michael Jordan. The shoe has a black and grey upper with bright tones. The back of the shoe presents a v-shaped emblem stating the number "23". The outsole also shows the same design. A red Jumpman logo is present on the ankle area and the outsole showcases a variety of colorful polygons. Based on the photos, the midsole is grey with dark grey outriggers to provide great traction when making quick cuts. The tongue is maroon with hints of yellow and blue. The word "Air Jordan" is placed on the tongue as well.
The Air Jordan 7 "Bordeaux" is set to retail at $190. It will be available on Nike.com and selected Jordan Brand retail shops.
