In 2013, a lawsuit was filed against pop star singer Justin Bieber, along with his bodyguards, for allegedly assaulting an Argentinian photographer at a nightclub in Buenos Aires. The judge who is assigned to the case has finally issued a warrant of arrest against the singer on April 8, a source reported.

Diego Pesoa, the photographer who filed the said complaint, accused Bieber and his bodyguards of "beating" him up when the he tried to take a picture of the singer while leaving the vicinity. Mirror reported that Pesoa called police authorities before going to the hospital and had the chance to relay his version of what really happened that night.

"I was waiting for Justin Bieber to leave so I could take a picture of him when a bodyguard tried to take my camera off me. He began to run after me and half a block away he punched me in the head before kicking me in the stomach as I was lying on the ground. When I tried to get away, I realized that instead of just one there were seven or eight bodyguards behind me." Pesoa said.

"I've got cuts all the way up my arm and bruises on my stomach and my head hurts." He added.

Meanwhile, the document that has been issued by Judge Alberto Julio Banos, shows that Justin Bieber could be detained immediately, effectively April 8. The court order was then authenticated by Soledad Nieto, the court secretary and the co-signatory of the order, Telegraph wrote.

Additionally, the same order includes the arrest of Bieber's bodyguard who has direct involvement of the incident in 2013.

Moreover, Argentina did seek help from Interpol for Bieber's arrest wherever country he may be travelling right now.

"We are asking Interpol for Justin Bieber's detention, anywhere in the world. Since he could not be found for his appearance to testify, we request that he be detained," Judge Alberto Banos' secretary requested.

Although Interpol cannot issue a warrant of arrest, in turn they can send out a "Red Notice" to all 190 member states that a suspect is wanted in a particular country. Through the Red Notice, it will be easier for Bieber to be detained if member states cooperate, a site revealed.

Furthermore, since the release of the court order, Justin Bieber's camp remained mum and has not revealed any official statements yet. Nevertheless, it is expected that Bieber will respond to the matter as soon as authorities will get hold of him.
