Grand Theft Auto 5 is still shrouded in secrecy, but it looks like Rockstar is reaching out to fans in order to fine tune the multiplayer portion of the game. In an entry in Rockstar's official blog, the developer asks fans to send in their suggestions on how to improve the Crews system which will carry over from another Rockstar game, Max Payne 3.
"Whether it's suggestions for competitive in-game Crew features in Multiplayer, new ways to manage and recruit, ideas for enhancing Social Club Crew pages and leaderboards, things you did and didn't like about Crews in Max Payne 3, or any thoughts at all related to Crews really that you'd like to share - we're all ears. We'd especially love to hear from current Crew members and leaders so that we can continue making our unique approach to persistent team based Multiplayer as fun as it can be in GTAV," writes Rockstar.
If you're interested in sending your thoughts over to the developers at Rockstar, you can email them your suggestions at GTAVCrewFeedback@rockstargames.com. Don't leave a comment, as Rockstar specifically states that the developers will only be looking at suggestions through email.
By looking through some of the 2,367 comments on the post, some of the most-wanted features seem to be splitscreen multiplayer, complete freedom to roam around the entire city, and more character and weapons customization.
There isn't much news on when Grand Theft Auto 5 will come out other than that retailers and analysts are expecting a March/May 2013 release. Gaming magazine Game Informer recently got to demo the game at Rockstar's New York headquarters and have promised that Grand Theft Auto 5 will grace the cover of the December issue.
