More photos were featured by Sole Collector, showing the hints of metallic grey on the air max unit, reflective tongue, flame design on the midsole, stitched No. 23 and top lace loop. The translucent icy blue soles are also visible from the side, giving the shoe a very sleek and fresh appearance. Overall, the Jordan 5 "Metallic Silver" is a good choice for collectors who are searching for all-white designs.
The Air Jordan 5 was originally released in 2000 and became widely popular among sneaker collectors because of its high quality build and clean aesthetics. The large 3M tongue was one of the reasons why it became high in demand, being both innovative and stylish at the same time. The high top shoe has become a favorite among basketball players since then, featuring an air max unit and great cushioning to provide bigger players with softer landings. The tumbled leather adds to its durability and the material is expected to keep reappearing in more Jordan Brand sneakers that will release for the remainder of the year.
