Diosa Canales's tragic fall which resulted to an immediate surgery has shocked many of her fans and followers. However, it seems Canales (real name Dioshaily Rosfer Canales Gil) is doing just fine when she posted photos of her recovering from the traumatic accident, according to a report by the Daily News.
The impact of the fall, which was caused by a slip in a pole dancing routine, made her land on her chest, which resulted to bursting of one of the implants, which caused the need for her to be immediately rushed to a hospital.
The 28-year old Venezuelan model pursued the athletic sport of pole dancing just right after her modeling career. It was reported that the "transition" made her even more popular than she was when she's still modeling for Playboy. In fact, when her involvement to pole dancing started, she had gained a million followers in Twitter and almost a million in her Instagram accounts.
Canales became a trending topic in the world wide web when she posted an almost naked video through Twitcam which gained 30,000 viewers in just a matter of minutes. Eventually, Twitter had to take her video down for censorship issues, Mirror reported.
Despite being hospitalized and is still recuperating, Canales never fails in updating her fans of her progress. Every now and then she manages to post tweets and photos on Instagram and reassuring her fans that she is okay and is now recovering from the surgery.
Her recent tweet says, "My loves, yesterday I was operated on in an emergency, while I was practicing my pole dancing I had a fall and one of my prosthesis burst." Metro wrote.
Additionally, Canales also posted recovery photos on her Instagram account. One Instagram photo is showing her selfie with bandages still attached at the exterior of her breasts. Another photo is also showing a tired-looking Canales probably a photo taken just days after her surgery. To reassure her followers that she is on the road to recovery, Canales also captioned one of the photos which said, "I want to tell everyone not to worry about me though, I'll be fine," Daily News added.
Furthermore, it would undeniable that she may not be able to go for any strenuous activities for the moment considering her situation and the surgery she underwent. However, we can expect that this won't be the last time seeing Canales dancing with poles but may take a while.
