The fact that Easy Fatalities will be included in the new Mortal Kombat X stirred a lot of talk among gamers.

Game developer NetherRealm shared the news earlier, while community specialist Tyler Lansdown confirmed the new feature, via a Mortal Kombat X livestream.

Lansdown said in a report by IGN, "A couple of eagle-eyed viewers have noticed a symbol with a skull on it on screens of the game. People figured out that's 'Easy Fatalities'."

According to Lansdown, the development team realized that some players cannot perform fatalities because of wrong timing, slow fingers or the mere pressure. NetherRealm decided to make it easier for some gamers by providing them with a few easy fatalities when the game launches. Lansdown said that there may be three easy fatalities available per character, but there will be more opportunities during the game to unlock more of these. Gamers will always have access to these when they want to, according to Lansdown.

Based on another IGN report, a new livestream revealed that the character Goro can be added by players to their roster even if they did not pre-order Mortal Kombat X. Goro used to be available only as a bonus to those who pre-ordered the game. However, those who plan to get Goro at a later time as a DLC will have to pay a fee. Goro is one of the famous characters of the game franchise, known for his four arms, hulking size and brute strength. PrimaGames featured a preview on how Goro will appear in Mortal Kombat X. It is expected that the character's attacks will have armor, just like in previous versions. It was confirmed that Arm Spin and Goro Grab will be part of his moves list.

Goro's inclusion for the pre-order package was announced in September 2014. Mortal Kombat X is set to launch on April 14, 2015. Other characters have also been introduced to be part of the upcoming game, namely Predator, Raiden and Liu Kang, among others. Predator will also be available as a DLC. In a new livestream, Liu Kang's variations have been introduced. Another IGN report showed the character featuring his signature moves such as the Dragon's Fire, Flame Fist and Duality.

Mortal Kombat will be playable on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. It will also be available at a later date for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, based on a report by GameSpot.
