"Saturday Night Live" is well-known for its satirical take on everyday issues.
This past weekend, the long-running television show mocked iPhone 5 user complaints.
In the skit titled Tech Talk starring host Christina Applegate, three supposed iPhone 5 users complained about Apple Maps, the "purple haze" and the phone's light weight and thin size.
"It's a real struggle. I mean, whoever built these iPhones I don't know what they were thinking," said Keenan Thompson's character.
"Let's ask them," Applegate said.
"Three peasant laborers" from the factory in China that manufactured the iPhones joined the panel.
"Talk about Apple Map. It not work, right? You want Starbucks, it takes you to Dunkin Donuts. That must be so hard for you," said Fred Armisen in an exaggerated Asian accent.
"You want Macy's? It takes you to JC Penny's? How you deal with that," said another worker, sarcastically.
"I guess we just lucky, we don't need maps because we sleep where we work," chimed in the third Chinese phone maker.
The embarrassed bloggers tried to backtrack, saying the phone worked fine and they had no complains. But still, the workers mocked their situations, comparing it to their own in China.
"Oh, Twitter load slow? You can't read Kardashian tweet about handbag? My brother have handbag, too. He lose hand. Keep in back until he can afford to re-attach."
"We didn't mean to offend you. There's just some bugs with the new phone," said user Adrienne Terzoli.
"Oh, you upset with bug I sleep in communal bunk bed with hundred strangers. Lice are best bug I get. Lice are best," Armisan said.
"Finally, would you guys like to complain about an American product," Applegate said.
Armisen responded: Let's see, what do Americans make?" he pondered. 'Does diabetes count as a product?"
