Director Joss Whedon said in a recent interview that the upcoming "Avengers 2: Age of Ultron" movie was a "nightmare." The Hollywood Reporter reported citing SFX magazine that Whedon described the sequel as a nightmare since it was not easy to do it.
"Shoot me in the face! It is a nightmare. I long for the simple movies like 'Serenity'!...This is the hardest juggling act I have ever, ever tried to pull off," the director was quoted as saying.
"They're very disparate characters. The joy of the Avengers is they really don't belong in the same room. It's not like the X-Men, who are all tortured by the same thing and have similar costumes...These guys are just all over the place. And so it's tough. Honestly, this is as tough as anything I've ever done, and I haven't worked this hard since I had three shows on the air," he was further quoted as saying.
Whedon also said that this movie will be different than the first one as they used different techniques in shooting it this time. He said that they used many cameras and he used "long lenses," which is kinda new to him.
Meanwhile, a new trailer for the much-awaited movie has been unveiled. Watch it here:
In this trailer, we get to see the main characters and we get a glimpse of what to expect in the movie. The plot is also quite established now. For those who still do not have any idea about the plot, here it is:
"When Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth's Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to the Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure."
Meanwhile, Cinema Blend noticed in the trailer that Black Widow might have a new weapon which looks like Star Wars' lightsaber. We don't know yet for sure whether those were indeed lightsabers, batons, or knives but this new hints actually excite fans even more.
