A super hot new extended trailer for the much awaited "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie was unveiled during the annual 72nd Golden Globes Awards last Sunday. Watch it here:
The same video was already uploaded in YouTube. So far, it has earned over 2.2 million views and 15,000 likes. The new clip features some new scenes and dialogues which were never seen or heard from previous teasers and trailers.
The clip starts with college student Anastasia Steele interviewing the young and handsome businessman Christian Grey for a school paper article. "Mr Grey, I just have a couple of questions...To what do you owe your success?" she asks him.
Then we hear Christian saying, "Some people say I do not have a heart." Anastasia becoming even more curious and interested asks him why he says so. To which he responded, "because they know me well." But she airs her opinion saying that she has a feeling that it is not true.
Also featured in the new video is a scene where Anastasia's friend and roommate Kate looking at Christian's photos on the Internet. She then describes him as "ridiculously hot" and the "hot type human."
The scenes then shift to Christian and Anastasia having sex. On the screen, we read a catchy line which says, "Every fairy tale has a twist." Christian then opens up, saying that he "had a rough start in life," and that he does not do romance. It then becomes steamier as Christian welcomes Anastasia to the red room.
Other new scenes showcased in the new trailer were the part where Anastasia finally meets Christian's mom and the rest of the family meeting her at a special dinner. There was also the scene where the two were very happy, riding a plane, a helicopter, and even dancing. We also get to see Anastasia dancing and preparing breakfast for him.
"You said you don't do romance," Anastasia tells Christian. To which Christian responded, "I don't...What are you doing to me?" The clip ends with Christian asking her where she's been. Anastasia answers back, "Waiting."
The trailer's official music was the slowed-down version of Beyonce's "Crazy in Love."
The "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie is based on the book series written by E.L. James. According to the movie's official website, the book is considered as "one of the biggest and fastest-selling book series ever." The trilogy was even translated into more than 50 languages worldwide. It tells the story of Anastasia, played by Dakota Johnson, and Christian, played by Jamie Dornan, as they engaged in a non-disclosure and dominance and submission no strings attached agreement.
Joining Dornan and Johnson in the movie are Luke Grimes, Victor Rasuk, Eloise Mumford, Marcia Gay Harden, Rita Ora, Max Martini, Callum Keith Rennie, Jennifer Ehle, and Dylan Neal.
The movie is directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson and produced by Michael De Luca, E.L. James, and Dana Brunetti. The screenplay is by Kelly Marcel. The movie will hit theaters on Valentine's Day.
