Despite Internet rumors in August that the Oscar-winning actress was killed, Reese Witherspoon gave birth to a healthy baby boy this morning, her rep confirmed to E! News.
The actress and her husband Jim Toth named the newborn Tennesee James Toth.
"Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled," the rep said.
E! reported rumors of pregnancy complications back in August that said Witherspoon had to be rushed to the hospital twice, but sources confrimed that Witherspoon was fine.
"The visit is a normal thing for a lot of pregnant women and there is no drama," the insider said. "All parties involved are healthy and fine."
Witherspoon kept her pregnancy under wraps until it became apparent when the star attended the Cannes Film Festival in May.
Witherspoon has two children, Ava and Deacon, with ex-husband actor Ryan Phillippe.
Tennessee is the couple's first child together.
