No, this is not another case of nude photo scandal or leaked naked pictures in the internet.
Topless photos of former "Dancing with the Stars" host Brooke Burke-Charvet have made it to a New York City gallery for an art show, reports Fox News.
But apparently, those never-before-seen pictures were "throwback photos" of Brooke, cites Mail Online.
The Route 66-themed topless photos were taken in 1995 by German art photographer Andre Plessel for a German auto parts catalog, which never saw print, Mail Online says.
Fox News, on the other hand, describes the images showing as "eye-poppingly buxom Burke in her early 20s at an old-timey, abandoned filling station along famed Route 66."
One picture shows Brooke wearing no top with her arms aloft. Another one shows her sitting on a giant tire wearing nothing but a skimpy thong, details Fox News.
The art show at Lilac Gallery in Manhattan also features images of models Karolina Kurkova, Adriana Lima and Laetitia Casta, reports Mail Online.
Despite being displayed for art's sake, the 19-year-old topless photos apparently caused a stir on the legal team of Brooke Burke-Charvet.
One day prior to the art show, Brooke's legal team have tried to contact the gallery owners and photographer Plessel in an attempt to block the show, said Fox News.
And because the show went on as scheduled, it was clear that Brooke's legal team were not able to track Plessel at all. Neither were they able to convince the gallery owners to stop the display of Brooke's old topless photos.
"They (Brooke's legal team) wanted to see the original releases Brooke signed to do this shoot," the source of the images told Page Six.
Page Six also discloses that the legal team of Brooke told the source of the images that they just wanted to update their client's files. Brooke's star power has shot up the heavens since the 1995 shoot and her legal team was still not around with her back then.
Some 20 guests of the Lilac Gallery along Fifth Avenue attended the art show. After the opening, guests proceeded to Tom Colicchio's Craft to celebrate. Among the guests were comic, Sandra Bernhard and former Mets and Yankees pitcher David Code, details Page Six.
Now 43, Brooke is married to former "Baywatch" star, David Charvet.
Mail Online says that Brooke prefers to be seen these days toting her kids around than posing in artful photo shoots, although she remains stunning as ever.
