When news broke about Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt getting married in secret in France, many have been scouring over hundreds of sites to get exclusive details about the A-lister couple's wedding details. Bride-to-bes no doubt were also eager to check out the new Mrs. Pitt's wedding gown, in the hopes of emulating the designer gown for their own upcoming nuptials.

When People and Hello! Magazine both provided exclusive snaps of the affair, all were astounded to see how personal the ceremony was. The lovely Angelina wore a product of her almost decade-old love affair with Pitt: a wedding dress decorated with drawings of their six children.

Check out the photos here, and here.

Hello!, which published the beautiful gown in detail, showed a glowing Angelina looking behind her veil while showing off the back of her wedding dress decorated with the colorful drawings. People said that the dress was the masterpiece of designer and family friend, Luigi Massi, who is also the master tailor at Atelier Versace.

Angie's gown was made of silk with handsewn designs of drawings from her and Brad's six children: Maddox, 13, Pax, ten, Zahara, nine, Shiloh, eight, and six-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.

Jolie told People, "Luigi is like family to me and I couldn't imagine anyone else making this dress. He knows and cares for the children and it was great fun putting it together."

Even the veil was not spared with the eclectic designs of their children's drawings. Some of the designs were no doubt handsewn onto the delicate veil, which blended easily on the back of her voluminous skirt.

Because of the quirkiness of the dress, Jolie opted to wear simple but flawless makeup, and had her hair tied in a simple knot.

Although the dress would be hard to be mass-produced, no doubt, it is one of the most iconic celebrity wedding dresses of all time. One of the most enviable and copied dresses so far was of Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, when she married Prince William back in 2011, In Style said.

Brad and Angelina explained their reasons for keeping the wedding affair secret, which was attended by only 20 friends and family members at the family's estate in the French village of Correns, Chateau Miraval.

The couple told Hello!, "It was important to us that the day was relaxed and full of laughter. It was such a special day to share with our children and a very happy time for our family."

As for Pitt, People said he repurposed one of his many suits from his closet and borrowed a tie from one of his sons as he forgot to bring any. Zahara's dress was designed by another family friend, Adama Kebe. Vivienne followed her dad and wore a white dress from her own closet, while Maddox, Pax, Shiloh, and Knox wore black suits for the occasion.
